Our style is to learn what your recruitment challenges are, we visit your location to understand your work environment and culture, then we find the right match to fit your culture. We try to find passive candidates who aren’t actively looking for a job but might be interested in an opportunity.
Small business owners often don’t have time to spend on interviewing, and might hire someone just because they like them. We started out as a staffing agency, so we’ve had a lot of experience interviewing and qualifying candidates. Our recruitment process usually involves 1-2 phone interviews and an in-person interview. You’ll know that when we refer a candidate to you, they’ll be qualified and serious about working for your company.

Once you decide on a new hire, we’ll help you make the offer letter. After they accept, we’ll send the new hire a link to enter basic information and we’ll set up an appointment for them to come to our office to go over the New Hire Packet and get the info needed to run criminal, sex offender and judicial background checks. We’ll also explain their benefits at that time, and get the tax forms taken care of.
